Applications for pupil’s Practical Vocational Training (PVT)

The Legal Practice Council invites all interested pupils to apply for a five-week PVT programme, aimed at candidate legal practitioners who have completed or are currently enrolled for pupillage.

The PVT programme is offered in terms of regulation 7 of the Regulations the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services published under section 109(1)(a) of the Legal Practice Act in Government Gazette 41879, Government Notice R921 of 2018, on 31 August 2018.

Pupils eligible for this programme must have already completed pupillage or currently have a principal and PVT contract in place.
