LPC Gauteng offices closed due to COVID-19 case
The Legal Practice Council would like to inform all legal practitioners in Gauteng that an employee has tested positive to COVID-19 at the Pretoria office.
The office will be closed today to allow for decontamination. All Senior Management will work from home and will have access to emails.
We would like to reassure all members of the public that all employees who encountered the employee displayed no symptoms and have been advised to self-isolate and be tested in accordance with the Government guidelines and out of an abundance of caution.
All planned Oral exams for today and tomorrow will be rescheduled to next week
The office will be re-opened on Monday, 12 January 2021.
The Risk & Compliance department is however not affected since it is situated in a different building and its operations will continue.
