Legal Practice Council extends periods for public participation and comments to 4 June 2020

The Legal Practice Council would like to inform all interested persons that it will be extending the time frames for comments on the following to the 4th of June 2020: –

• The draft criteria and procedures for the conferment of Senior Counsel and Senior Attorney status.
• Draft guidelines for applications for accreditation to present practical vocational training structured programmes

The LPC recognizes that due to the national lockdown members of the profession and others may not have had sufficient opportunity to participate.
